Earth is the chosen place of mightiest souls;
Earth is the heroic spirit's battlefield,

Beautiful and profound.
Religions suggest us that the Kingdom of Heaven is beyond life on Earth. They tell us that the Earth is a sea of tears that we must escape. And death is the door that leads to paradise.
But Sri Aurobindo tells us the opposite: The Earth, the physical plane, is the place chosen by God to reveal all its glory.
It is not a valley of tears and suffering: is the great promise.
